I have been working out with Rosemary at Stroller Strides for 2 years and I have really enjoyed it. Rosemary helped me modify my exercising as needed during my 2nd pregnancy and she has also been a great help and motivator to me with losing the baby weight from baby #2 🙂 Her workouts and exercises are always fresh and new- nothing ever gets boring at Stroller Strides! Thanks to Rosemary I have dropped 8lbs so far and trimmed inches from my arms and waist. I also feel better these days- I am able to jog farther and workout harder than before. Thanks Rosemary!
I have been a member of Stroller Strides since August 2011 and I absolutely love it. I have been an athlete my entire life but after being done with competitive sports in college, I struggled to get myself on a consistent routine of running and working out. I worked a lot so I would try to fit in work outs when I could but I missed having a coach or in this case, an instructor, motivating me. After having my daughter in June 2011, I knew I needed more than just a few occasional jogs or work outs on my own to get back in shape. That’s when I found Stroller Strides and Rosemary. I loved the classes instantly. Rosemary does a great job at planning classes that give us a total body work out. I have really enjoyed getting back into shape. I didn’t realize how much I missed having an instructor motivating me to push myself harder. I will be continuing to take Stroller Strides classes with Rosemary for years to come.
Stroller Strides is a really great workout, with amazing flexibility because we workout with our children right beside us. Rosemary always keeps us motivated and keeps the class moving. I have seen such positive results in the past few months since I have been working out with Rosemary at Stroller Strides because she creates a workout that really is appropriate for all fitness levels, so everyone can be fully involved. All of the children and babies have a great time as well!!! We love it!
I love Stroller Strides!! It has become something I look forward to every week. It is good for me as a stay at home mom. I’ve met a lot of friends and my daughter has fun socializing with the other kids after class! It’s a great full body work out. Whether it’s Rosemary, LeeAnn or Missy teaching class I always get a great work out in and break a sweat! It is so much fun! I definitely recommend it!! Thanks Rosemary!!
Since the start of Stroller Strides, I’ve been able to accomplish things that I’ve never thought possible. Despite being a competitive swimmer throughout my college years with records that are still standing, I never thought it was possible to run half marathons or compete in triathlons! I thought they were for athletes that were more “well rounded.” Since Stroller Strides and Body Back, I have run in 2 half marathons, competed in 6 triathlons and have improved my times each time I competed. By doing Stroller Strides and Body Back, I have given my children an excellent role model and have shown them that exercise is essential to a heathy life. We exercise as a family and have fun doing it! My four-year-old loves to do “burpees” with me and shows me proper technique! 🙂 Stroller Strides hasn’t just helped me get back to shape but has helped my family incorporate exercise as a normal daily activity and get us all into better shape!
